it is possible to install a system to a tiled roof facing south, in terms of solar efficiency it is the most effective method while using the roof slope and it's direction with minimal construction needs.
Flat roof:
A flat roof installation must have certain weights and construction to hold the solar system in a certain angle and be robust enough to hold it for the next 20 years.

The installation does not require special maintenance or skilles other than cleaning the panels once every few weeks from dust, usually by using a long wiper.
Funding
client that wishes to install a solar system can address his bank and there are various funding methods for this type of investment.
Insurance
It is imperative to insure the system. these systems are designed to produce electricity sometimes more than 20 years, insurance provides the client protection against extreme weather conditions, theft, fire, loss of income or heaven forbid personal injuries. they usually also cover third party damage insurance in case of any system mulfunction.
